Personal Training - C$65 / US$45 / £40 per session

I got into personal training to help clients achieve their long term health and fitness goals. My personal training programs are tailored to your needs and guaranteed to deliver results, whether that be building muscle, losing a few pounds or just looking to improve your health and mobility.


I offer 30 or 60 minute personal training sessions in Penticton and the surrounding area or online. In person sessions can be at your home, outside or at the Penticton Community Center. The choice is yours.

What you recieve

  • An initial consultation including a full fitness and movement assessment
  • A custom personal training program that gets you results from 30 or 60 minute workouts
  • Support through your program to ensure proper form and technique
  • Help with improving flexibility, strength and posture


    Using quarterly testing we will adjust your program to meet your evolving fitness needs and help you achieve new goals.
