I got into personal training to help clients achieve their long term health and fitness goals. My personal training programs are tailored to your needs and guaranteed to deliver results, whether that be building muscle, losing a few pounds or just looking to improve your health and mobility.
I offer 30 or 60 minute personal training sessions in Penticton and the surrounding area or online. In person sessions can be at your home, outside or at the Penticton Community Center. The choice is yours.
Using quarterly testing we will adjust your program to meet your evolving fitness needs and help you achieve new goals.
